EAP Counselling

I am a registered counsellor with extensive personal and professional experience spanning many years. I enjoy working with individuals and couples on relationship issues to improve communication, problem solving and conflict resolution.

When working with individuals I witnessed how strong solid relationships can heal emotional wounds from the past and the present while empowering growth. I also understand how a lack of trust and poor communication can result in relationship breakdowns that can develop into low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Whether seeing someone individually or as a couple I use various techniques including gottman therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness.

With a non-judgemental, warm and compassionate approach I provide a safe environment to discuss issues of concern. I believe that through collaboration, focus and commitment anyone can change their life for the better.

What My Clients Say

Jocelyn, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help and support these past 4 weeks.

You have truly helped me at a time when I felt helpless and deflated. I really have felt the difference and I am looking forward to our future sessions

EAP Client

I never thought that counselling could help me, but through family encouragement I decided to talk to Jocelyn, using her telehealth/phone service.

I found Jocelyn to be a very calm and caring person and very easy to talk to.

After just one session Jocelyn enabled me to see my situation in a different light.

Private Client

I can’t thank Jocelyn enough. I suffered from panic attacks and she was able to show me ways of managing this at a crucial time in my life.
